stores and restaurants. These businesses use a multiple copy
sales draft, which requires your signature. The employee now
has access to not only your credit card number but signature
as well. Internet transactions are performed electronically
without a multiple copy sales draft making your purchase safer.

Sockets Layer). This technology is compatible with Netscape
Navigator version 2.0 and above, Microsoft Explorer version
3.0 and above and AOL version 3.0 and above. SSL encrypts your
credit card number by transforming the data into an unreadable
format. Only an authorized processor can convert this information
to complete the transaction.
Guaranteed
- If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized
use of your credit card as a result of shopping using SOS services,
immediately follow the notification procedures required by your
credit card company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud,
if your issuing company fails to waive your entire liability
for unauthorized charges, SOS will reimburse you for the remaining
liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars. Federal law limits
your liability for unauthorized credit card usage to $50.
